Hi Rachel,
I am based in Maulden Woods in Bedfordshire. I have been running spoon carving workshops for a number of years and in the last two years have added shrink pot making and letter carving day courses to what I offer. When it comes to the pole lathe I work with an experienced pole lathe turner to teach beginners bowl turning and a two day pole lathe making course. This coming year we have also added some advanced turning workshops. I’ll attach our workshop brochures for the first half of 2024. Your colleagues are very welcome to come across to join us for a workshop. .It might be possible to run a workshop for you in your woods.
I have also run a monthly spoon club for a number of years. This is a really enjoyable part of the work here. Developing community around greenwoodwork is so good for well being. This is an area that you are excelling in. It does look like you have an amazing set up there.

I would typically charge £250/day and maybe an additional fee to cover travel. I would be open to staying with you for 2 to 3 days. I’m not sure what days you are thinking of. I am very flexible mid week. WEs are often busy with workshops here in Maulden.
