It was fantastic to see so many families and friends today at Whirly woods for our February Forest Family gathering.
To hear the cries of delight and laughter around the woodland as children explored, climbed and swung was wonderful.
Potions were mixed, spears whittled, spiders made to hang in willow webs and beautiful drawings with alder ink created.
At lunchtime we sat around the fire to enjoy our shared soup and listened to a spidery story from Kally. Time for more play and exploration before we left for home in a happy trail tapping our sticks and arranging plans for March. See you there Forest Family!
