In Singapore, a friend asked for half a tomato, which she rubbed against the soil and hey presto, the seeds all germinated, and tomato plants grew
In Liberia, after eating a grapefruit and spitting out the pips, the locals ran to recover them, they were like gold dust, to plant and grow.
By contract, when Rachel planted the seeds of her butternut squash, MJ advised her they would not come to sweet fruition, because they are hybrid varieties. Hybrid seeds, while producing a uniform and desirable crop, are often engineered to be sterile or to not breed true.

After all that work, we moved into some seed spreading yoga, first emulating the spinning dandilion head, then a cow eating then excreting!

Some meandered to the pond to check out the lack of tadpoles, and collect grasses or flowers to press. Some of us struggled to remember the flower we discovered last week: Field Peppergrass.

Finally, returned, was the hapazone collective. Experimenting with different plants to see which ones took to the hapazone well, we discovered a ROCKET, diagnosed by Mary, as one of the plants on the field.
